Krazy For Pets uses USPS to deliver your order. In-stock products will usually be shipped in 48 hours and please allow 4-5 business days to ship any special orders, including ID tags. We do not ship to multiple addresses and we only ship to addresses inside the US and Canada.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order. As soon as the order is processed, you will not be able to cancel or make any change.
Krazy for Pets is required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in the state of Missouri. For orders shipped to addresses elsewhere, it is the customer's responsibility to submit any sales/use tax required by their state of residence.

Krazy For Pets will refund or exchange any item purchased within 30 days after receipt. All returned items must be authorized by us and in its original condition and packaging.
We will not response or refund any returned items without our authorization. We will not process any returned items addressed to our P.O. Box.
All used returned items will be inspected to make sure that they are eligible for refund or exchange. Your address must be printed on the package or we will not be able to process your return.
